  When we complained to a staff member her reply was 'she didn't come to work to be yelled at'. The music was that loud you needed to yell to be heard. The manger finally comes over and gives us a refund for a bowl of sweet potato chips that they forgot to bring out. He apologised and agreed the staff require training. Avoid going until proper training is given. The food was disgusting and the service is even worse. Very disappointing

  We have been going to the waves for the past year and the last two visits have been very disappointing. Ordered meals and on both occasions our orders come out wrong. Main meals come out with starters. All our meals came out at different times and not to mention the added extra garnish on one of the steaks that was cooked wrong. (Long dark hair)

  Great specials. Loved the food. Nice atmosphere. A variety of meals. Even has sausage rolls and pies at the coffee shop.
